Yes! An account will allow you to access your order history, save your addresses, and securely store payment information. Plus, we’re a lot of fun!

Can I pay with multiple Credit Cards?
This is currently not an option. Sorry, the entire purchase must be on one credit card.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card on your site?
Absolutely! We follow all rules for PCI compliance. We use an SSL certificate that encrypts your information as it is submitted to our website.

What forms of payment do you accept? Do you accept international credit cards? Paypal? Venmo?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express. We do not accept Paypal or Venmo at this time. You may enter worldwide billing addresses with your international credit card, but your shipping address must be in the United States.

Can I send this as a gift?
Yes! You can ship your product anywhere in the lower 48 states in the U.S.

Do you sell gift cards I may purchase for friends and family? Do you have store credit?
No, at this point we do not offer gift cards or store credit.

How long will it take to get my refund?
We will process your refund ASAP and you will receive an email confirmation. After that, the speed of the process is up to your credit card company. Most banks will issue the refund to your account within 72 hours.

How do I order?
We are currently selling the products that you can find in the “Dogs” and "Cats" sections. Navigate to a product and click “Add to cart”. To checkout, click on the cart icon in the top right of every screen and follow the prompts on the screen. Bam… you did it!

Ooops, my order won’t go through, it says there has been an authorization failure! What went wrong?
It could have been a simple typo. Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that iandloveandyou.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as the only forms of payment.

Why is there a charge for $0.10 on my credit card?
This is a charge from our payment processor Stripe to set you up with a recurring payment. This is a temporary transaction that will be refunded to you. It is used to simply verify that your card is valid for subscriptions.

Is it possible to subscribe to multiple products?
Yes! But you must subscribe to each product individually. We are working on a solution that will allow you to subscribe to a full cart of products. Stay tuned.

How often do subscriptions ship?
Your subscription will ship on the same day every month. We will send you an email a few days before you are charged for your next shipment to make sure you still want to proceed. If you don't change anything, your card will be charged and you will receive that product automatically in the mail.

Can I customize the frequency of my subscription?
At this point, we only offer subscriptions at once every 4 weeks. However, if you would like the same product every 2 weeks, you can set up two separate subscriptions for the same product, two weeks apart.

Why should I set up a subscription?
Subscriptions make it easy to ensure that you always have enough "I and love and you" pet food on hand without having to think about it and re-order. We will always notify you before your next shipment so if you feel like you have too much, you can cancel before we charge your card on file. Plus... Free Shipping!

What can cause my order to be delayed?
If you enter incorrect address information, it may delay the shipment of your product. Weather may also delay the timing of your shipment. Please contact your shipping carrier for questions about weather delays.

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Can I track my order?
We typically ship FedEx ground, and USPS for PO Boxes. We prefer FedEx, so if possible, please provide a street address only. Shipping time all depends on where you live in relation to our warehouse in Boulder, CO. We provide tracking information to you in a confirmation email at the time that your package is picked up by the delivery driver. You will receive a link to track your order in our tracking portal.

Do you refund shipping costs?
In most cases, you will be responsible for the cost of returning a product.

When will my product ship?
We ship Monday-Friday and observe all major federal holidays. Our shipping cut-off time is 10AM MST. So, if you place your order before 10AM MST, we will put your order in the mail that day if it is a weekday. If you place your order after 10AM, we will ship your order on the next business day.

Are “I and love and you” pet foods organic?
No, at this time none of our products are organic. That said, all of our pet food, chews and treats meet our natural standard – made from quality ingredients with no artificial flavors or colors, no artificial preservatives, and no by-product meals.

I can’t find my favorite “I and love and you” product anymore, was it discontinued?

Where are ILY’s products made?
We at “I and love and you” believe in full transparency. Our products are manufactured in the USA, but we do source some high-quality ingredients from around the world. All our products are produced and packaged in the United States, and the majority of our ingredients are sourced and originate in the US or Canada. We do source some proteins from outside the US or Canada, such as from Australia, Brazil, and New Zealand, as we’re always looking for the highest-quality ingredients we can find. There are ingredients, for instance some essential vitamins and minerals, that simply do not originate in the US. We utilize these vitamins and minerals to meet AAFCO requirements for balanced nutritional needs. However, our vitamins and minerals are blended in the United States by a US company and our supplier undergoes many quality checks to ensure safety. Is the “Stir & Boom” food really raw?
Yes! Our “Stir & Boom” foods are created using a process called freeze drying, which uses low heat, leaving the ingredients unharmed and raw. The fruits and veggies in our “Stir & Boom” food are gently dehydrated to around 112 degrees preserving nutrients, naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. With dehydration, the ingredients retain the highest nutritional value and create a fresh, wholesome meal for your pet.

Are any ingredients from China?
We do not source any of our proteins, vegetables, fruits or other major ingredients from China. However, when it comes to vitamins, there are a few ingredients that are only available to be sourced from China. A small amount of Taurine is used in our cat kibble & wet cat foods to meet the nutrient requirements set by AAFCO, this ingredient may be sourced from China. In addition, several US based suppliers have announced they can no longer source vitamin B6, folic acid, and D-calcium pantothenate from outside of China. All of our vitamin premixes in our cat & dog kibbles are formulated, sourced, and blended in the United States by a US company. Our US supplier makes every effort to source reliable suppliers and all of these ingredients are thoroughly tested and undergo many quality checks to insure safety and that specifications are met. - Do you have plenty of inventory?
- Yes, if a product is available on our website, we should have it in stock. In the rare event that we are out of stock of a product, we will contact you for substitution options.
- Are you still shipping?
- Yes. We are dedicated to #flattenthecurve and spread of the Covid-19 virus and have instructed our office staff to work from home.
- Our warehouse is staffed by one person, making sure orders are shipped and processed as quickly as possible.
- One person is in the office managing logistics.
- Are there any shipping delays?
- At this time, we do not expect shipping delays. However, we do ask to allow for an additional 1-2 days for us to process your shipment due to higher demand. If this is longer than 1-2 days, we will be in touch to let you know expected shipping times.

- Shipping confirmations will be sent when the order is shipped.
- Will production facilities close?
- Our production facilities have assured us that they are taking additional manufacturing precautions, and they do not expect delays or closures.
- Will prices remain the same?
- Absolutely! As a brand, we are committed to the welfare of your pet, we will never raise prices due to shortages. We want you to keep feeding your pets the best possible product.

What is pentobarbital? Should I be concerned about the recent news?
Pentobarbital is a euthanasia drug that has been showing up in some brands of dog food. Yes, you should be concerned and make sure that this contaminant is not in your pet’s food as it can lead to serious health problems including death. No products from “I and love and you” have ever tested positive for pentobarbital. You should feel safe using our products knowing that pentobarbital is not in our food. We have a really awesome Sonos speaker, and it is always a battle (between the office pets) for who gets to control the music.
