Our vision of responsibility is a simple one. We created “I and love and you'' to simply be THE most trusted company to care for pets, their people and, most definitely, their planet.

The more care we take on our end, the more sunny days, cuddles and belly rubs you get to share with your favorite furry friend on your end.

TERRACYCLE

We partnered with TerraCycle® to ensure that 100% of "I and Love and You" packaging can be recycled.
TerraCycle supports innovative, brand-funded programs to recycle items that typically cannot be collected curbside.
TerraCycle recycles, upcycles, and reuses these materials, instead of sending them to the landfill. And we think that’s super cool.

FOOD DONATIONS

Since 2015, “ILY” has donated more than 1 million meals (and counting!) to pets in need. Every month, we feature a Rescue-Of-The-Month on our website and social media to put the spotlight on pets needing furever families across the nation.
NATURAL DISASTER RELIEF

During times of crisis, pets are often impacted in the very same ways as their human parents. We’re always on standby to donate delicious, healthy meals to pets in need across the country after hurricanes, fires, floods, and other natural disasters.
WASTE MANAGEMENT

We never let good food go to waste. That’s why when we’ve made too much, we donate any surplus products to pets in need instead of letting it end up in a landfill.

INGREDIENT SOURCING

Our dedication to making the healthiest pet food means we search the globe for the best possible ingredients. This adherence to high-quality ingredients helps us keep your pets healthy. Our commitment to sustainability means we source those ingredients in ways to help keep our environment healthy.

Our pet foods are also carefully formulated to include non-GMO proteins, vegetables, and legumes. And we’re proud to use free-range, grass-fed beef in our chews.

OUR PETS, OUR PLANET

Our dedication to creating sustainable food and keeping your pets healthy extends to everything we do.

We’re proud to use 100% sustainable (reduced, reused, recycled) materials in packaging and shipping of products from our Boulder, CO warehouse.

Even in our office, we use recycled paper in our printers, reusable silverware & dishes in our kitchen, and non-toxic cleaning supplies. Some of our “I and Love and You” team members even bike to work, and we also recycle and compost as a team!
